Make this year, the year that you live from consciousness paying attention to the things that do not serve you. Make changes in your schedule, workouts, and eating habits. Also, many of us have started many journals, this year let’s change our practices and let’s do it and share them in the community. Be more intentional!

Failure is an opportunity to grow. Give yourself the opportunity to move forward. Forgive yourself and forgive others so you can thrive. Let go of resentment, write down goals, and get in the community for accountability.

Remember you are a Masterpiece!

Tina Rains | Progress to Success

Everything you do is for a purpose and a plan. The worst thing you can do as an entrepreneur is to think of yourself as a failure in your identity.
Think of the progress you have not made for 2022. Spend time with God and ask for renewed passion, vision, and goals for 2023. We are a masterpiece and were created in His image to do what He has called us to do. We all go through hard times, but we must continue moving forward. Always remember your reason to help you get motivated towards the goal.
Everything you do is based on your algorithms. Who is your avatar? Build relationships with them. One small step at a time.
For 2023, don’t quit anything. Focus on small pieces. Strive for progress, not perfection. Don’t compare yourself to others. Do what works for you in every area of your life.
Be Courageous! Especially in the NEW areas God is calling you to do. Success will not land on your lap if you don’t work hard.
In this progress, the journey doesn’t get...

Tina Rains | Goals

Have you set your goals for 2023? When is the best time to set your goals?

Writing your goals down gives you a 50% better chance to achieve them. If you write it down for 21 days straight it helps improve and create a habit. Your goals have to be specific! It needs to be measurable and realistic.
By making goals each week that is specific, measurable, and on time, you will see results. Make smart goals including a vision board to visualize them.
Think of goals as personal. Examples are I, I will, I am, then you own it.
Look at your planner for the new year and plan first what are the most important things for you and your family. Intentional goals! Like family vacations, gatherings, and special events.

Also, Journaling will help with time management. Create a list of your goals for the day. It takes 11-16 minutes to get back to your frame of mind when interrupted or distracted. Don't allow distractions to pull you away from your goals. Accountability helps achieve goals too. You...

Dreams and Reality

dreams goals reality vision Feb 15, 2020

Have you wanted to set a large goal for yourself but are afraid to even give it the time and energy to create the plan to achieve it? Do you ever feel the Lord calling you to do something and you talk yourself out of it?

Every achievement starts as an idea. That idea then becomes a theory. That theory then becomes a fact thus yielding an achievement. This process is the result of the highest form of positive thinking.

There is a creative form of energy and it manifests itself as our imagination. When activated, it is able to build clear and vivid images. When we dream, our minds are filled with illogical thoughts like being outside in a bathing suit while it is snowing and not feeling cold. When building an idea, we need to not concern ourselves with the “How”. First we must build the image and then the “How” will reveal itself to us. We want to keep our mind free of clutter so we can build this picture in color – be able to use our senses to bring it...

Goals- Will you fail this year?

This is one of those topics that I could write about all day every day.  Goal setting, goal achieving, goals goals goals! This time of year, everyone is setting goals and many have already failed to achieve their goals for the year.  Why? 10% of all New Year goals are achieved if you stop at just setting a goal.  50% will achieve their goals if they make a specific plan of action to achieve the goals.  90% will achieve the goals if they have accountability and are working with someone else to achieve the goals.  Teamwork makes the dreamwork.

We all have goals.  Each and every one of us. Some of us think we gave up a long time ago and don’t have any but we do.  Every day we wake up with the goal to live another day.  Ok, maybe that is a stretch but don’t we all have goals to some extent?  And why is it so important to have goals?

The most successful people on this planet didn’t wake up one day with an idea and a few...

80/20 Rule

The 80/20 rule sounds like a mathematical formula and in some ways it is but don’t fret, this isn’t a lesson on statistics.  The rule came from an Italian economist, Vilfredo Pareto, who stated that 80% of the Italian income was earned by 20% of the Italian population.

What this means is that 80% of your outcomes come from 20% of your inputs.  To put this another way, 20% of your activities equate to 80% of your happiness.  Instead of focusing on income, we will focus on your overall well being or happiness factor.

To prove this theory, look at the distribution of wealth and lately with the shrinking of the middle class, this is even more apparent that a small portion of the population controls the majority of the economy.  Look at business, the top earners are a small percentage of companies and earn the largest portion of income.  And if you look at your own habits, you most likely spend most of your income on few things like your mortgage, car...

Are You Organized?

What does your closet look like?  Is it all tidy and color coordinated and arranged by season?

If so, move on… And for the rest of us who have closets full of clothes from ten years ago that we will fit into one of these days –  or that style will surely come back – or this is a classic – it will go with everything… You know who you are… or maybe you can’t even close your closet because the shoes are spilling out onto the floor…

Life is like a closet.  We hold onto past thoughts and emotions and we think if we hold on to it long enough and tight enough something will change – it will fit now – it will be all right – or we hold on because we can’t let go of the pain.  As one of my mentors says – let the dead bury the dead.

It is time to clean the closet and let go of all that dead weight. It is time to organize and compartmentalize all those things in that closet – put the...
